The overseas property news that was in all the latest real estate magazines and newspapers was that prices were so low that you would be crazy not to invest in a second or third home abroad. My parents had been thinking of investing in a retirement home for when they retire in about ten years. They thought that they could use it as a vacation home in the mean time.

My mother had always stayed on top of property for sale in Greece, her native country. My father had always said that he did not want to move there, because the prices were much too high. When my mother emailed a real estate company in Greece and asked to have some information of property for sale in Greece, she knew that she was probably doing it for nothing.

The overseas property news was right, that had been in the papers and magazines. My parents found a home in Greece that was half the cost that it was about two years ago. They would be able to retire in Greece and use the home as a vacation home until that time came.

Our entire family is going to head over to see the property for sale in Greece, when my parents close on their new house. You never know, maybe we can all buy a vacation/retirement home for ourselves.

I love when all of the websites online switch their sites to a holiday theme around Thanksgiving time. It gets me in the mood to start my online Christmas shopping. My best friend owns a store that sells pet supplies and she had a website designed about two months ago that went live.

She said that it was the longest two months of her life, getting all of the items into the site the way she wanted. She said that the site is doing well but she is now worried about entering in all of the Christmas items. I told her that I was sure there was an easier way of doing it, and would find out. I came across a company that sells Christmas web templates that I knew would help her out with her problem.

She was a little overwhelmed at first, with picking one of the Christmas web templates but she chose the one that worked best for her and her store. Next, I hired a friend who was just out of college to input the data into the Christmas templates for her. It did not take as long as expected and she paid my friend and then asked her if she knew anything about Christmas website themes. They discussed the different Christmas website themes that were out there and came up with a plan to make the site successful over the holiday months.

I like to walk around a lot, throughout the town. I do not have a house, as most of you know, but I really wish I had one. What I love most about all the big houses these people have is the vinyl siding. Vinyl siding is possibly the coolest thing ever invented. I mean, if the cardboard box that I live in had siding, and then it wouldn’t rain on me while I slept. That would be nice. However, I guess I can just go in the basement when it rains. That reminds me; I need basement remodeling Chicago services. The cardboard is getting all broken down and the box has more leaks than usual in the basement. I really don’t know why I’m worried about my Chicago basement but I’m tired of getting wet. Anyway what was I talking about? Oh, yes, as I said, I really wish I had some vinyl siding on my box. Either that, or a husky-type dog that I could walk around town with; I see that those are quite popular with the other homeless guys. Well, I’m going to look around for a vinyl siding and basement remodeling company. So, that is all for today. I need to go call somebody about my basement remodeling Chicago project.

I only had two things on my birthday list this year, and my husband did not get me either of them. I asked him for a pair of Prada running shoes or one of the new fall Gucci handbags that I had seen online. Instead of one of my requested items from my list, he got me a membership to the new gym that just opened in town. I feel like an idiot and obviously he thinks that I need to work out.

When we first got together about five years ago, he bought me my first pair of Prada running shoes very shortly after we met in the gym. He also bought me different types of Gucci handbags as surprises all the time but apparently he does not want to do that anymore and the gym membership shows that.

I am not sure if I should just act like it does not bother me or really throw a fit about it. I do not think that by using the gym membership, it will make me not want the other items. I do know that I will just have to go and treat myself to the things that were on my birthday list. He will probably not even notice them when I get them.

The business downstairs just changed the company that they use for their janitorial products and I went to see why. The owner told me that the company that we both had been using for years, is priced too high. His accountant made him aware that he should really shop around for a cheaper cleaning supplies company last month. The accountant sees other people bills for their janitorial products and knew that he could find a cheaper company pretty easy.

The owner told me that he had cut his cleaning supplies cost in half by switching to this different company and they have overnight shipping. So, if he is ever out of anything he just places the order and it will be there the next day. The company that I use will bring you whatever cleaning supplies you are out of within twenty four hours of you calling them, but they charge you an additional charge of twenty dollars for an extra trip fee.

I took down all of the information about this janitorial products company and told one of my employees to get out the list of what we pay for each of our items and compare it to the cleaning supplies rate sheet from this different company. We ended up switching by the end of the week and are saving about two hundred dollars a month.
