The office encountered a major setback one day.  A whole directory in the file server was deleted and we do not know what happened.  Instead of looking for someone to blame, we set on searching for a computer company that could help us reclaim lost data from hard drive.  The files were important because it contained the sales data that was needed for the monthly report. 

No one knew anybody who could do it for us but the good thing is that some pc repair Raleigh NC shops had this kind of service.  We all breathed in a sigh of relief when the technician that we spoke to told us that the files will be recovered.   

We were all anxious about the whole situation because work was being stalled because of it.  They had to take the computer to their shop so that they could do the job properly as the tools needed to recover the files are there.  Also they joked about not being able to do the job properly in the office with several people breathing down their necks.  The computer was sent back after two days with all the files recovered.  We all could calm down now and focus on finishing the reports.
