Our safety supplies came in about two weeks after our janitorial supplies and they were ordered at the same time. I even placed the order for both of them, from the same company. I called them to see what had happened and I guess that it was not their fault after all. It was our accounting departments fault.

When I placed the order, I put in the janitorial supplies order and paid for it. Then I went back in and placed the safety supplies order and paid for it. I guess that I paid for the janitorial supplies with the wrong account information and the accounting department would not authorize it, till they found out what was specifically in the order. It took a little extra time but it all worked out in the end.
