My little brother just started up his own discount office supplies company. He is currently renting a big storage warehouse just south of town and his little store is doing quite well. In fact, he just hired one of the best website designers in the country to build him a site where he can sell the office supplies on the internet. I think that since he is such a real go getter, the site will really take off once it is done.

He has been working for about two years towards getting the discount office supplies company off the ground, all while working a different full time job till everything was in place.
