The lawnmowers that were being stored in our shed for the winter have been stolen. I went out to get something else from the shed and it was completely empty. Now, we just got back from a weeklong vacation and we are sure that they were in the shed when we left. We are going to have to file a police report and everything to try and turn this claim into our insurance agency.

The first of the lawnmowers that I included in the police report is the petrol lawn mower that was only about six months old. We had used it on maybe ten jobs before it got to cold and we stopped for the winter. I have a feeling that we will never get back from the insurance what we put into the petrol lawn mower. I hope that by claiming the few lawnmowers that did not work, but we just used for spare parts will offset the cost of what the new mowers we lost will be to replace them.

My husband is extremely upset that we will not be able to turn in the claim, get the insurance check and get all the new mowers bought and delivered by the time we need to start up mowing again, which could be as soon as the end of the month.
