The gently used cisco routers that were being sold at the auction went really cheap. I was glad that I got there in time to get the one that my customers had called me about. They knew that I usually went to these computer auctions and they needed to replace their old router with a used but new one. They had read all about the computer stuff that was going to be sold at this auction and when they saw the name of the model of used cisco router they needed, they called to see if I would pick it up for them.

I had been their cisco repair man for the last ten years and had managed to keep them happy for all that time. I have had other clients who are not so loyal but this customer was. I know that most people will call someone else if they cannot find your phone number quickly. They just look under cisco repair in the phone book and call the first one that they see.

I know that I am only one of four cisco repair shop owners left in this town and one of only ten in the county. The fact that most of our used cisco business, comes from big corporations, leads me to believe, that we should be in business for a very long time.
