My brother and his wife had just purchase a new home, and the whole family went over there to see it. They were very proud of it, since it was their first house together. We could not believe how many different outbuildings it had. My kids went out to explore them.

The kids came back and told us that they had found a bunch of computers. My brother and his wife looked puzzled and we followed the kids out to the outbuilding where they said they found the computers. They had discovered a trap door and when they opened it, they came upon about a hundred used ibm computers and fifty used iseries servers.

We started pulling the used ibm computers out first and then the used iseries servers and we put them all inside the next building which had some table in it. My brother was shocked and I could see the wheels spinning in his head. He knew that there were companies that bought old computer equipment to part out, or to refurbish and resell.

My brother was able to buy all new furniture for the house, with the proceeds he made from selling every single used ibm computer and the used iseries servers.
