There are many reasons why HR and six sigma work best hand in hand first is the implementation and second is the execution of activities of HR department. Although HR is not the biggest department of organization but it impacts the whole organization to great level.

So six sigma has great effect on HR department and helps them in managing all their core issues and help in planning the projects.
